The external housing and casing structures of the products and systems are designed in a way that ensures the compatibility of industrial design expectations with the mechanical infrastructure. The created external geometries are evaluated in terms of overall form, volume layout, and visual integrity, and structures compatible with mechanical subsystems and suitable for production are developed. The same models are also actively used in visual verification and animation-based reviews.
Mechanical subsystems, load-bearing elements, and functional components are parametrically designed in a CAD drawing environment. Engineering criteria such as strength, weight optimization, ease of assembly and disassembly, and maintenance accessibility are taken into account in the design process. The modular design of sub-assemblies ensures that the systems are expandable and scalable. The designed mechanical systems are validated in a virtual environment using different simulation platforms. Animation-based simulation tools are used to analyze the movement capabilities, mechanical interactions, and dynamic behavior of the systems. The obtained data are evaluated comparatively, and necessary optimizations are performed on the designs. In the production preparation phase, detailed and standard-compliant technical drawings of the mechanical parts are created. These documents, which include dimensions, tolerances, material information, and manufacturing notes, support the smooth progress of production and quality control processes.
